Who we are

SS CORPORATE RESOURCES SDN. BHD. (202501036370 (1637780-K)) processes personal data received through enquiries about our services. This notice explains how we handle that information.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly through our enquiry form or subsequent communications, including your name, email address, telephone number, company name, service of interest and enquiry details.

When you access this website, our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, request times and security events to deliver the website, diagnose errors and protect it from abuse. The enquiry service uses a short-lived hashed IP identifier to limit repeated submissions. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals, including IP address and browser information, to detect and block automated submissions.

The contact page embeds Google Maps to show our office location. Loading this map connects your browser to Google, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Security cookies may be used by Cloudflare where a security challenge requires them. The website does not currently embed advertising trackers or Google Analytics. Enquiries are sent through Resend to our company email inbox; this website does not maintain a separate enquiry database.

If you provide another person’s information, please ensure that you are authorised to do so and that they are aware of this notice.

Why we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, understand your requirements, communicate about the services you request and maintain relevant enquiry records. Where applicable, we also process information to meet legal obligations or address legal claims.

Required and optional information

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required to submit the enquiry form. Company name is optional. Without the required information, we may be unable to process or respond to your enquiry through the form. You may contact us directly to discuss an alternative way to make your enquiry.

Who may receive your information

Relevant authorised personnel and service providers may process information for enquiry handling, website hosting, email delivery and website security. Where your requested service involves a professional partner, we will explain the proposed referral and relevant information sharing before proceeding, where required.

We use Vercel for website hosting, Cloudflare for content delivery and website security, and Resend for enquiry email delivery. Some processing may take place outside Malaysia.

We may also disclose information where required or permitted by applicable law.

How long we keep information

Enquiries are delivered by email. This website does not maintain a separate enquiry database. For client-related correspondence and records, our usual retention period is seven years after the end of the client relationship or company closure, as applicable. We do not currently operate a scheduled review or deletion process, so records are not automatically deleted at the end of that period and may remain in our email or business records for longer. You may contact us with questions or requests concerning the information we hold, including enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship.

Your requests and choices

You may contact us to request access to or correction of your personal data, ask questions, make a complaint, or request that we limit particular uses of your information. Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw that consent, subject to applicable law and any consequences we explain to you.

We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some information may need to be retained or processed to meet legal obligations.
