Director profile
Our director, LEE HOO SIONG, is a Chartered Governance Professional (CGP) with the Chartered Governance Institute of Malaysia (CGIM), formerly known as The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA).
Our director holds a practising certificate issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).
With more than seven years of experience in company secretarial and corporate compliance matters, our director’s work includes company incorporation, board and shareholder documentation, corporate changes and ongoing statutory administration.
This experience also includes advising on incorporation and corporate compliance for Sdn. Bhd. companies, foreign company registration, and representative and regional office (RE/RO) arrangements.
Our director has supported 400+ clients throughout their professional career.
