SS CORPORATE RESOURCES / MALAYSIA
Your business changes. Its corporate records need to keep up. We connect incorporation, company administration and board support so you can see what needs attention at each stage.

Company Secretarial Services
Bring your proposed activities, ownership and director arrangements together before incorporation. We help organise the information needed for the setup process.
A new director, an ownership change or a change of address can affect more than one record. Discuss the event with us so the relevant documents and filing steps can be identified.
Clear resolutions and organised corporate records help directors and shareholders understand what was decided and what happens next.
Ongoing maintenance deserves its own calendar. We help coordinate annual administration and records rather than treating incorporation as the end of the process.
